Soy Milk with Soy Milk Maker

Ingredients
1/2
cup
rinsed soy beans
whole or halved, with or without hulls. I've been using split hulled beans which i buy online in bulk
1
litre water
up to the mark in the soy milk maker
Instructions
Add in rinsed soy beans and water to soy milk maker.
Then switch on, and once it’s done (mine takes 35 mins), let it cool a little, then strain through a muslim bag into a jug.
Pour into a clean bottle and cap, and store in fridge. Mine lasts about a week.
Save the soy pulp for using in baking – eg banana loaf or Soy and Seed bread.
